Facilities
Powerhouse ••• Portage Building ••• ATDC

SmartZone Tenants are high-tech companies that rent space in one of the incubators and utilize the business services provided by MTEC. SmartZone Affiliates are those companies that, while not residing in one of the incubators, desire to partake in the MTEC business assistance services.

Each of the three incubators has its own unique advantages that will appeal to different types of companies and entrepreneurs. MTEC Tenants occupying any of the incubators have access to the facilities of the other two, and the three facilities combine the synergies of the cities of Hancock and Houghton, and Finlandia University and Michigan Technological University.
